Protect The Apartment ("PTA") Liability Waiver Program

Protect the Apartment (“PTA”) offers three participant level options with additional benefits based on the selected level obtained, (Gold / Silver / Entry Tiers).  PTA is NOT renter’s insurance and we strongly suggest all residents combine their PTA level with a renter’s insurance policy.

PTA waiver amounts range from $15,000 up to $100,000 based on the participant’s level of choice. Incident fees range from $100 - $500 based on level option chosen.  If a PTA participant that has a covered incident, the resident will only pay the incident fee based on the enrollment level and all damages up to the waiver amount will be waived.
